Active members will continue to receive at least a $5 discount below non-member retail pricing on eligible merchandise if prices increase

All JoCo Jeep Club merchandise must be purchased through approved JoCo Jeep Club vendors. Any unauthorized production, sale, or distribution of JoCo Jeep Club branded merchandise without prior approval from club management may result in immediate dismissal from the club.

Next membership-year fees are due .

1. I understand that JoCo Jeep Club is a community-oriented organization focused on fellowship, local business support, charitable activities, and organized Jeep events.
2. I understand that all JoCo Jeep Club events must be deemed “Official Club Events” by club management in order to be covered under the club’s General Liability Insurance policy.
3. I acknowledge that participation in Jeep rides, trail rides, off-road events, convoys, meetups, parades, and club gatherings involves inherent risks including vehicle accidents, personal injury, property damage, weather hazards, and mechanical failures.
4. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in club activities.
5. I understand that separate event waivers may be required for certain rides or events. If no separate waiver is signed, my signature below acknowledges that I will not hold JoCo Jeep Club, its officers, managing members, sponsors, volunteers, or affiliates liable for any accident, injury, loss, theft, damage, or incident occurring during participation in any club-related activity.
6. I certify that I maintain valid automobile insurance coverage as required by law for any vehicle I operate during club events.
7. I understand that each driver is solely responsible for their own vehicle, passengers, driving behavior, and compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
8. I agree to operate my vehicle safely and responsibly during all club events and understand that reckless behavior, illegal activity, intoxication, harassment, or unsafe conduct may result in suspension or removal from the club without refund.
9. I grant JoCo Jeep Club permission to use photographs or videos taken during events for promotional and social media purposes unless I submit a written request otherwise.
10. JoCo Jeep Club management reserves the right to remove members from the club for any reason deemed necessary by club management.
11. In the event a member is removed from the club, the member agrees not to slander, defame, or intentionally discredit JoCo Jeep Club, its members, sponsors, affiliates, or management verbally, publicly, or through social media platforms.
12. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that defamatory actions causing measurable harm to the reputation, operations, sponsorships, or finances of JoCo Jeep Club may result in legal action being pursued to recover damages or lost funds associated with such actions.
13. I understand that membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by club management.
